General Querries!
Do I need to remove my screens?
No, we will remove all the screens and when requested wash them thoroughly. All you have to do is let us in the front door and we will take care of the rest.
Do I need to move my furniture?
Though you don’t need to move furniture such as couches and beds, however we do ask that you remove all fragile items away from the windows.
What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, debit or credit, which ever is most convenient to you.
Do you use non toxic/biodegradable chemicals?
We use a simple Dawn dish soap solution. It is non toxic and biodegradable, which is why it is used during oil spills to save the lives of many wild animals.
What about my third story windows?
Don’t worry, using our pure water filters and water fed pole, we can reach up to FIVE stories without ever leaving the ground.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry a $2,000,000 general liability insurance. One of the highest in the industry. Have peace of mind that if an accident happens, it will be handled properly.
